I am I'm the owner of an Interior Design firm. We offer our services to the hospitality sector, offices, hospitals, residential, and vacation homes.

We hired AT&T Software LLC to build a new Interior Design Firm website. The main goal of the website was to provides its customers with a set of aesthetically pleasing but efficient solutions for better use of the space in question.

We searched online for web developers in our area and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

Our Goal: We wanted a new Interior Design Firm website. The goal of the website was to improve the user experience by better managing the space available in the intervened environment. The main goal of the website was to provides its customers with a set of aesthetically pleasing but efficient solutions for better use of the space in question. AT&T Softeware LLC has used WordPress to develop the project and delivered a beautiful, eye-catchy, and robust website.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There was one senior developer, two junior developers, one designer, and one QA was working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over a month thanks to the landing page. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. They made us feel like they are sitting next to us in our office. I must say that I found zero communication gap. My team had never worked with WordPress before, so they took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

I had an Idea about providing the work to the workers who are not having enough jobs at this time and which is same time very helpful for consumers too. I hired AT&T for the same project where I needed the Website and Mobile App for the same.

As usual I researched online and in my network for the nest suited company/agency for this job as this is my dream project. and I interviewed almost 10 candidates and then I decided that they are right person for this job as they have a very good reputation and good reviews and their portfolio was very vast. I got to know their understanding and skills in the interview and I was very much confident to hire them.

We had a requirement gathering meeting first then they provided the 3 mockups the design to select then I choose one, after that they designed the frontend accordingly in Laravel framework and to implement the functionality which needs to calculate the distance, they integrated the Google APIs and for payment they developed the module to handle Strip responses. Then they delivered the Admin console which has the required information that is required for admin. Once the Backend was ready then started working on Mobile app as well which was developed in React Native technology.

There were total 5 persons involved in the project, one was project manager, with him I had all the communication through out and 1 Laravel developer, 1 React Native developer, 1 designer, 1 QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since this was a new project, We can't expect the traffic immediately, Now the SEO and marketing work is going on and slowly we are seeing some traffic on the site now.

Our Communication was on a requirement basis since I have full-time another job, So I communicated with them at my convenience. I was checking the progress every alternate day, We were using Trello for task management and Slack and WhatsApp for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their suggestions were too good from time to time to improve my idea which was good for business and their deliverables and the training during the delivery was very impressive because they explained it very well so that I was able to manage the project easily.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially, there were some issues in some of the functionalities and which was causing the site to be slow but I was not aware that they will optimize it in the end so during delivery it was all good.

We had an idea of creating a website related to eLearning education, we wanted to achieve a website where we can provide online education to the students in this time of pandemic and near future.

Their related portfolio of working on eLearning projects was the main reason to select the vendor.

Scope of work involved design and development of an eLearning Website using WordPress and LMS engines like Learndash or learn press First We discussed our idea with their business analyst team and they suggest some ideas to us and presented the proposal.

Then once we finalized the project we signed the contract and the project moved to their operations team and a project manager and a team under the project manager were assigned to us. They delivered a Learning managed system fully developed and designed We decided to use WordPress, PHP for that

The Project manager was the one who managed the project, under his guidance a team of 1 Designer 2 Developer 3 Q/A so total of 4 resources were working with us on this project

The Website is working good and our internal testing of the process is going on, but the product delivered by the team is good enough to go into the market

We used to do weekly project update meetings with the Project manager on Skype or google meet. For the daily updates, we use to get updates on Trello

The one thing that was most impressive was their response time they were always their and their designing team

Yes, they could have taken a bit lesser time, but as long as We got our website delivered with the quality we understand the human working culture

For what projects/services did your company hire AT&T Software LLC, and what were your goals?

Looking to build a React PWA web app that will serve the company's forman when attending jobs onsite and should be able to store all the information locally (browser local storage) on the mobile phone. Information will be text, and a signature (canvas element). Once leaving the site, the app will synchronize via API to a database as well as sends a few emails, and most importantly, generate a PDF with the information that was entered as well as the client's signature and send it as an attachment.

• You will need to program an API to connect to the main DB.
• App will have about 10 pages of fields, averaging of 10 fields on each page.
• Upon request (or automatically) app will "synchronize" the data by sending it to the main DB.

This web app should be as small (light) and optimized as possible (HTML code, CSS, Validation, third-party libraries etc') to run fast and flawlessly since it will be used only on mobile devices.

this is my second project with At&t Software LLC

We had done meetings to discuss our project with At&t Software LLC. We provided their team with wireframes and designs. Within two weeks, they delivered the first round of the React PWA web app. we ran it through beta testing at the end.

One project manager was assigned to the project. and I mostly interacted with two lead developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 1 months after our app was launched, we saw over 500 downloads and achieved a 4.8-star rating in app stores. We've seen a tremendous boost in traffic since launching the app, and people have commented on how easy it is to use. We've gained new readers and visitors because of the platform.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

Their mobile app development skills blew me away. They knew everything about UX and execution. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Status reports on a weekly basis need a bit of improvement
