The scope of work that fits our company is expected to optimize our SEO to rank higher through organic searches, continually update our keywords, backlinks, etc., and provide posts and blogs aligned with our company branding, messaging, and copy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measurable outcomes have been keyword rankings. The team provides weekly keyword rankings to reflect the success we are receiving. In addition, they create a monthly recap presentation and an action plan for the upcoming month. The team reviews the recap and action plan presentations via virtual meetings. 
This allows us time for me to process the expectations and ask any questions needed or request any changes that I see fit to benefit our company. These meetings have proven crucial for the success of our company.

Regarding their project management, they certainly meet my expectations. They've provided me a portal for me to communicate with them, and I always receive a response within 24 hours or less. They have always delivered expectations on time and are always flexible in working with me if I request changes to anything being presented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication has always impressed me. I reside and work in Dallas, Texas and they are 7 hours ahead of me; however, that never seems to be a barrier for them. Although I consider myself respecting their time off, I am always surprised to receive a response from them even when it is considered after their office hours or what would be considered an extremely late message from me. 

They're also very patient with me, as I have very little knowledge of SEO and its complete "in's and out's," in how it works. They take time to help me better understand their decisions in moving forward with certain aspects of the project. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nucleo Analytics Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of at this time.
