One of the best things about working with them is their human quality. They have a human trait, while most companies in the area are very impersonal. On the other hand, Pymes En Línea is always focused on their clients. They constantly communicate and use a language that’s easy to understand by anyone, which is priceless.

We started working together in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. The site's development took longer than we expected because it took us as a company a while to send them the pictures they needed.

We've had very good feedback from the website, everyone likes it, and we can see our brand represented on it. We haven't heard but good comments from our clients.

Another good thing is that we enabled a registry option for our clients, many of whom have registered.

They've been excellent from the first day; they are very responsive and answer immediately whenever I send a message. Also, they always provide great guidance on what can and can not be done, how we can get better results for lower prices, etc. 

Regarding tools, we communicate mostly via email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

Their customer service and the price-quality relationship they offer are outstanding.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I'm completely satisfied with their services.

I have referred them to colleagues in the past, and I always tell people working with them to be clear on their needs because a successful project depends on teamwork. I was very clear on what I wanted; I provided them with clear references, and they were great at achieving it.

They always meet our deadlines and stick to the budget. For instance, when we had our first meeting, they sent their proposal to us right away. They use Asana as a project management tool, but we’ve felt more comfortable communicating with them via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom.

The results we’re seeing now are 200% above what we expected. Our goal has been to reach 100 consultations per month, and we’ve quickly achieved that — that number has also kept on growing. Moreover, our social media reach has grown considerably, along with the number of total clients. 

For example, our income in August 2021 was about 40,000 Uruguayan pesos. In August 2022, we’ve already gained around 60,000 Uruguayan pesos.

Pymes En Línea has been great. We’ve never had any inconveniences, and they’ve been flexible as they adapt to our needs. Their work is excellent, and their resources always follow the monthly plan schedule. We have periodic meetings, though we mostly communicate in person.

We needed to be able to have an attractive and easy-to-use website for buyers, the insight we had was that buyers want ease and agility in buying their products since they have little time to spend shopping, this seemed to us an important starting point for to be able to focus on the project from that perspective, that the web had to be super functional, practical, simple but beautiful in the eyes of consumers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The decisive factors were that they showed us other projects that they did, and they went with the aesthetics and simplicity that we wanted to achieve with the development project of the new online store, also having already worked with them in the maintenance part of another site. We knew that there would be good subsequent support after the new store was established.

The first stage of the project was in a meeting to be able to raise the requirements that we needed to meet for the website, according to the needs of our clients. That the two that always stood out the most and were the thread of the entire project was to maintain simplicity for the purchase without losing the aesthetic.

After evaluating the requirements, we proceeded to budget the project, and started with it. A store model was presented, and from there, we decided on some minor changes adjusting to the requirements, and some changes that we saw along the way that could benefit the project and at the beginning had not been taken into account.

After the exchanges and when all the design was ok, the web was put into production to start working with the new site.

Damian, who was the one who coordinated everything and was in the part of understanding our requirements, Nicolas who was the one who grounded all the work in the part of technical requirements, and the designer who was who worked in the aesthetic part of the store.

The store turned out very well, it is functional, the customers liked our new store, and everything works well, and when something fails due to external integration issues, they always solve it within the day, they have a lot of patience with the customers and listen when one tells them that something is wrong, they immediately get down to work

Very well, as I mentioned in the previous section, communication is fluid, and they know how to understand what one communicates to them, whether it is to correct something that does not work well due to some integration or update issue that may happen

We were most impressed with their patience. Without a doubt, they have great patience to understand that the client gets nervous when something in their business fails, and the response they give looking for the solution to the problem gives peace of mind that you know that they are going to solve it by doing everything they can. possible.

After launching the site and with the help of the marketing team, we managed to take 30% of the orders that previously came through the delivery platform to our own website and without paying sales commissions.
