1. Stop the ETL jobs scheduling

Phase 2 - upgrading Centos prod server:

1. Detailed plan of prod upgrading (inc.backups, what needs to be stopped, upgrading order, etc.)
2. Stop the ETL jobs scheduling on prod    
3. Upgrade prod on client’s infrastructure
4. Start the ETL jobs scheduling on prod
5. Prod testing and configuring

Qlik upgrade

Phase 1 - upgrading non-prod server:

1. Setting up a copy of prod QS server in non-prod:

• Creating a copy of Qlik directories for external file servers.
• Changing the server configuration (setting up for new directories, setting up for a new name.
• Change of license.
• Disabling data update tasks.
• Removing rim1 from non-prod cluster.
• Checking application health.

2. Setting up a copy of prod Nprinting server in non-prod:

• Changing the server configuration (setting to a new name, reissuing QS certificates).
• Change of license.
• Engine reconfiguration.
• Disabling mailing tasks.
• Switching connections from prod to non-prod QS server.
• Checking application health.

3. Upgrading non-prod servers:

• Upgrading QS server.
• Checking the functionality of QS server, selective checking of two applications.

Create an executive KPM dashboard, automate patient billing, create a data warehouse by consuming and relating all data in the the enterprise and make it easy to pivot and analyze data online and in Excel.

Executive sign off on the KPMs and validation the data was correct. 

Test patient billing via the test network for patient billing and verify it matched manual patient billing invoices. 

Test pivot data and ensure results reconciled.

Project management was my responsibility on the client side, they had a project manager on their side I worked with, they delivered on time and on budget. 

When I had an issue, problems were addressed in a timely manner.
