The team was tasked to take our current CI and all user interfaces of the various client-facing software portals (from physical touch screen hardware to cloud data dashboards) - and redefine the experience of interacting and learning from the devices.

How they are able to play to the strengths of their various team members - and ability to not only listen, but understand the unique key features of the user experience of our machine and dashboard eco-system.

Honestly with the budget they worked with I am very pleased with the results. I cannot fault for not raising ideas or requesting changes at the many opportune moments they presented me with, and with the final results in hand, I am grateful I did not :).
