We hired a web design company from the US that did not deliver. After months of running after them just to be ignored, we decided to go for a local business when we saw their sign along the road. It was the smartest phone call ever made. Less than a month later, within the agreed frame of scope, VixelStudio had fixed all our problems and more! This included getting the opt-in forms on our website working properly and teaching us how to use the editor module in WP. They also fixed up minor things we were not happy with from the first web designer we hired.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, they were the best customer service we've received in a long time. They took time to communicate in an orderly fashion and to use a language that we understood. Always quickly replied to emails and kept us informed promptly on the development of the project.

What I found very impressive about VixelStudio is their fantastic communication.They were always in communication with me on the status of my website as well as contacting me if/when needed to ask for my preference or offer their opinion on some details. I also found their attention to detail incredibly impressive. They considered each and every detail down to the font type and colour that would best attract demographic of clients. They are so great and it really shows!

We received substantially more calls from our website after the re-design. Much more people started booking as we looked much more reputable.
