The part we’re most delighted about is the live chat and online booking functionalities. It’s much smoother and easier for the consumer. The number of leads we get on a monthly basis has increased by about 30%. Our revenue has also gone up, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the online booking, there’s a section where we can do virtual consults using the Zoho platform. We’ve had more virtual consults than in-person consults during the pandemic. We’ve been able to convert those leads well. I’m happy with the way the website looks. We like the design. It looks a lot better than it did before. As a sales and marketing background person, I look at ROI and I think it was a good investment just from the standpoint that we’re generating more leads and have increased revenue.
