I am the owner of an online greeting card shop.

For what projects/services did your company hire PSDWebdesigns, and what were your goals?

We hired PSD Web Designs to carry out some modifications to our Big Commerce Theme. The changes were to enhance the facilities and functions of the theme we had purchased.

How did you select PSDWebdesigns and what were the deciding factors?

I found them via the Big Commerce portal. We chose them because we had used them before, and found them to be reliable, prompt and generally very good.

We used them for a number of modifications to the Big Commerce theme.

•  making changes to the add to cart function, by the use of code, to enable a customer to choose a drop down of option for ordering
• making changes to the way that the blog displays
• adding automatic descriptions to the products that further define what they are
• making changes to the home page to enhance the overall look, feel, and order. 

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We just dealt with one person, I am not sure of their position. I assumed it was the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were super happy with all of the work that was done by PSDWEBDESIGNS.

Perfect communication, always delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very efficient, nothing was too much trouble, and able to offer useful advise when appropriate. Very happy with their service.

Not really.

We needed multiple fixes for our BigCommerce (Stencil) website UI. This included reorganizing our navigation, removing trailing ".00" from prices, and reformatting some product option from radio lists to drop downs.

SOLUTION

How did you select PSDWebdesigns and what were the deciding factors?

They provided me some guidance on BigCommerce's online forum and I was so impressed by their willingness to help, and ability to do so, I approached them about helping with a bigger project.

BigCommerce Stencil Template using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Handlebars and I have no idea what else they probably needed to use. They helped with our Main Navigation and Product Pages.

AS far as I am aware, I only spoke / worked with one individual. We only communicated over email, but they were always informative and helpful.

Their previous work has been extremely beneficial to the improvement and streamlining our UI and definitely has played a part in overall customer experience satisfaction.

Most communication was through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are transitioning to a new theme and framework for our site and are completely lost on the backend. They're info and help has been exceptionally beneficial in guiding us toward much better understanding while also streamlining our move.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After Tarun updated our website we had our best holiday sales ever, we have had many compliments on our website. In these times a website is so important as we cannot sell at trade shows right now.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Tarun always has quickly responded to my questions and if I saw something that needed attention he fixed it right away.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

PSD is very knowledgeable about building websites.

Are there any areas for improvement?

PSD did a great job for a reasonable price.
