I am the ceo and founder of Paul esposito tree service in Orlando Florida.

We had served the orlando community for decades through phone but we needed a website to showcase our services.

We saw their website and it looked good. Their price and customer service was great.

The first parsa talked us through the process, then he began working on the site and updating our services. Then we reviewed the site together and make some changes. He then did full SEO on the site and published it. He then held meetings with us on the effectiveness of the site.

In total we worked with one person, it was Parsa who is a web designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They held meetings with us and we saw almost 10 form entries a day being submitted on our site. In addition, we saw a 30% increase in total monthly customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good, we gave them the content and they made the site within weeks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their customer service was impressive; they respond to emails and our requests almost immediately and always make us feel comfortable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Early on they could have showed us the design of the website better but after seeing it completed we understood and liked it.
