We wanted to develop an online entertainment booking system that would replace our excel spreadsheet based system. It would encompass a CRM, Booking Agreements, Invoicing, Payments, reporting and artist calendars.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They designed and developed my booking system following my instructions. This included multiple contact lists, agreement PDFS, formula calculations, google Calender API, email, multiple user permissions. They gave me suggestions and solutions on the best way to implement my vision.
What was the team composition?
I worked mainly with one developer, but also liaised with management on deadlines and budgeting.

Our new booking system has enabled my business to take on more clients and staff and has streamlined our booking process to reduce double handling and errors.

The Project management was very professional and kept to deadlines. any problems or bugs that were encountered were solved in good time and communication via Skype was excellent
