Established in 2012, Oman Data Park (ODP) is the Sultanate's premier and the largest data center offering Managed IT, Hosting, Cloud Services, Cyber Security, and Virtual Data Center services utilizing its own locally hosted Tier 3 certified datacenters. As the Head of Marketing, I was responsible to introduce a whole new website and elevate our overall brand presence.

ClayMind Solutions Pvt Ltd was hired to design, develop and maintain the new website. Our goals were to research, evaluate and launch an industry-leading website that resonates with the market leadership we have.

I researched online for suitable vendors and included ClayMind Solutions Pvt Ltd as one of them because they were already associated with our company for a different role. Their knowledge and expertise on the subject along with proactive and helpful nature and cost-effective services enabled us to select them over the others.

Scope included Website research with competitors, design and technology evaluations, and benchmarking.

Our main focal point was Debashis who ensured that his team members are delivering as per the set deadlines. The entire team consisted of many experts who were always at hand at all scheduled and adhoc meetings to ensure the smooth flow of deliverables.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new site was launched on time with excellent reviews from our team and key customers. We also saw an increase of 50% of online transactions and we were one of the first in the industry to launch the chatbot service.

Tools used were emails, Whatsapp and MS teams to keep all items on track

The professionalism and willingness to get it right no matter the multiple changes we requested were outstanding.

Addition of a creative person to advice on front-end elements and how they could be improved for better look & feel and other brand-related elements such as fonts, colors ect.

We hired Claymind Solutions for a ecommerce website, the website was initially created with a single admin panel, but was letter improvised during the development to have multiple seller platform.

We found Claymind Solution from a reference, and based on the productive communication and their past experienced we have selected him.

The project was created in Codeignitor and the scope was clearly a ecommerce website scope, the steps of creation was more with design creation and then development and testing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The initial delivery of the project was very fast, and then later on we have added features which was also delivered on time.

The project manager involved in the project was quiet knowledgable and updates were provide from time to time during the development phase. They maintained a step wise process of creating the modules and delivering them. The project worked out timely and the delivery was on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and understanding clarity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have used a bit more animation to the design, which wasn't in our demand but was expecting.
