What challenge were you trying to address with Web Express Computer Technologies?

We needed professional help with web design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked on web design and development together. Web Express Computer Technologies built our custom CMS and marketing platform. They also developed the frontend of our as well. The technology they used included Apache, Linux, and PHP.  Once I outline our pain points, they provide the solutions.  

During the first two weeks, they analyzed our business and all the requirements. They collected all the necessary information and figured out our specific pain points for the custom CMS. They also designed a logo and branding.

After completing the first phase, they started designing the logo and website. They offered us three options for blueprints and developed the one we chose. Currently, they’re still providing IT services and management for us.

Three main people from Web Express Computer Technologies were involved in our project.

Web Express Computer Technologies was referred to us. We felt comfortable working with them. They seemed capable of accomplishing our goals within our set timeframe, so we hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2017 and have an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Web Express Computer Technologies clearly understood what we needed. Everything went well throughout our collaboration. The greatest impact they made was improving the efficiency of our workflow through the CMS. 

The website, logo, and branding they delivered were all absolutely exceptional. Many of my clients have expressed how impressed they are with our new brand presentation. Web Express Computer Technologies has proved themselves to be an asset we can rely on.
