I’m the owner of Carlos Martinez Painting LLC, a painting and flooring business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuelviews?

We needed a company that could develop our website and handle our SEO needs. We wanted the site to be easy to navigate, and we needed it to be able to get visitors’ information so I could send them pricing estimates

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fuelviews has developed a WordPress website for us, and they’re currently handling our SEO needs and managing our Google Ads account. We first discussed the specific keywords that we wanted to target and worked closely together from there to optimize our website.

Aside from that, we’ve recently launched a new PPC campaign. We started with both interior and exterior painting ads, but we’ve since switched to just exterior painting ads to get more traction on that service.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with Daniel (Co-Founder & Design Lead).

How did you come to work with Fuelviews?

I found Fuelviews through a painters’ group on Facebook. We chose to work with them for this project because of their extensive experience working with painting companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $1,000 on the website, and I pay $300 monthly for SEO. For ad spent, we’ve spent $900 in total, including their fee.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re getting more traction online, thanks to our new website. We’ve also seen an increase in our search and map views. Aside from that, people can now easily find us by looking up the keyword “painting” in their area.

How did Fuelviews perform from a project management standpoint?

Fuelviews has performed well in terms of project management. They consistently deliver on time and are always accommodating of all requests and scope changes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fuelviews’s specialty in our niche is very impressive. I felt confident choosing them for this project because a lot of companies in our niche use them as well, and the results speak for themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think there’s anything they could do better.

Make sure that you’re ready to invest in a long-term project because projects like these take time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuelviews?

I needed help in website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fuelviews developed our website from scratch. First, they asked some questions about our preferences for the site. They also showed me sample websites, and we narrowed it down until I found what I liked. It took about 30 days to sort out the site's design and start the development. 

Our site serves as a landing page, which we use on our ads. It includes a booking feature — folks can submit their information so our team can give them a call. Additionally, the site includes links to our reviews across different platforms. It also describes our company and services.  

After the site was completed, Fuelviews explained to us how SEO works. We've then given them admin access to our accounts, and they've handled our SEO efforts and Google Ads campaigns. We've started on a small budget, but we've kept increasing it after I've seen results. 

Fuelviews is currently hosting and maintaining our website. Whenever I need to update the site, they'll implement changes. I also call them when I have issues with something.

I was part of a Facebook group of contractors, and Fuelviews were getting a lot of recommendations on the group. I talked to Daniel, and he seemed to understand what he was talking about, so I decided to work with his company.

We've spent close to $10,000.

We've been working together since August 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We're receiving more calls, and most of our prospects say they've found us through Google. Additionally, our sales have doubled since last year. 

How did Fuelviews perform from a project management standpoint?

Fuelviews' project management has been outstanding. We communicate through emails, phone calls, and text messages. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever I contact Fuelviews through phone, text, or email, I always get a response quickly. I don't have to wait in line or spend days expecting a callback. I appreciate their small business feel. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Fuelviews can have a more detailed breakdown of clicks and costs. That said, they send reports about wording and hits, but I haven't seen a monetary number attached to those. Besides that, everything about our partnership is smooth rolling. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Voice your questions and what you want to be done. Have an open line of communication — they're easy to talk to and will answer your questions fast.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we began working with Fuelviews, our business greatly increased and has now doubled. Prior to having the website, our business was primarily due to word of mouth. Now nearly 75% of our customers find us on Google.
