They delivered on time and were able to add resources when speed was a priority and deliver with more constrained resources when budget was the priority. Very simple pricing structure was appreciated. The only area of improvement would be on the size of their team. Everyone is sort of at the same level (which is senior). At times, it would have been helpful to have a team with more hierarchy so that we could leverage cheaper resources for simpler work and more expensive resources for more complex work as required.

They’re excellent at project management. The only time they haven’t met a deadline is when we’ve changed the scope of the project. Other than that, they’re committed to their timelines. These are long-term projects, so the timelines change from time to time. Now that our projects are more stable, we have biweekly meetings with them. We communicate through email, Zoom, Google Meet, and phone calls.
