I am the CEO of Dynamic LLC, a company that helps people move from one area to another within the US. Our platform is going to be a hub that has all the information that people need when they relocate. For example, users can view relevant information about the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), realtors, state- and city-wide statistics, and similar things. We want to be the go-to place for people’s relocation needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppVerticals LLC?

We needed help in creating a functioning and user-friendly website. Our objective was to create a site that would be easy to navigate and contains relevant and organized information. We want our users soaking up on the information they need as they go about the process of relocating, without them experiencing difficulties finding what they’re looking for.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AppVerticals is developing our website that will be a hub for services that people need when they decide to move. When they visit the site, they can access information about changing a driver’s license and vehicle registration from one state to another. We will provide links for the DMV of every state so users can easily start their application. 

We’re also going to have realtor information, and users can sort them per area. That way, if they’re looking for a property in a certain location, we can connect them with the right realtor. We will also provide a list of relevant companies for movers, like junk companies. Our goal is for the site to contain all businesses that are essential for people who are relocating.

We also aim to provide statistics that help people decide where they want to move. We’ll include a list of colleges and universities for the city and state. During the website launch, we aim to have a good number of cities available with all information such as crime rates and recent crime — information that’s going to help people figure out where specifically they want to move, and how they can start the process. That’s what we’re trying to offer the people — help when they move. 

We took some time and had a good discovery phase. Part of it was looking at competitors, as we want to make sure we understand the kind of market available for our platform. 

What is the team composition?

I haven’t been told how many are working for my website, but I primarily communicate with two team leaders just to make sure we’re collaborating effectively. I also regularly speak with the marketing specialist who introduced me to AppVerticals.

How did you come to work with AppVerticals LLC?

Originally, I was working with another person for my business. We have done some research, and we figured out we needed some professionals in order to create a website from the ground up. We couldn’t use one of those website platforms and just go from there — because of what we want to offer, we needed to have the website created from scratch. From there, it would be worth our while to find providers who can help us. 

As such, we talked with at least ten website developers from all over the world, and our conversations were about 10–30 minutes long. I told them what we were looking for: a website that contains a lot of information but remains user-friendly. We talked with some companies multiple times, while some we only talked once. That served as our vetting process and it took a few months. We also studied various apps and service providers online, and we realized that we needed something bigger. 

What stands out about AppVerticals is I felt that I could trust them. I also liked the way they communicated what they thought we needed for our website. They brought something to the table, telling us their ideas about our website. I also liked a website on their portfolio.

We started working together in May 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The thing I like the most about AppVerticals is they look after our best interests, and they’re very flexible. They work with me, and they were helpful when my old partner departed from the company. They are very understanding and trustworthy.

Our website hasn’t launched yet, but I will say working with AppVerticals is helping me understand how exactly I can get this service out to users in a very structured manner. They took my idea and they gave me the ability to narrow down and make my business successful. They turned my idea into a productive reality. 

How did AppVerticals LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Typically, we communicate via email, but sometimes we talk over the phone. We’re on the point that our teams are in sync and on the same page now. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I know I can trust AppVerticals to look after my best interests. It makes me feel comfortable working with them, because I feel they want the project to be as successful as I want it to be. It makes me feel good knowing that I get the best customer service, and I’m working with a provider that wants me to excel in this business.

The communication could have been more specific, since there were times when we had some miscommunication about our expectations. However, they’ve been very flexible, and maybe it was our fault in a way because we could have been better at communicating with them.

Give out clear goals and be specific with what you need. The more specific you are, the better they’ll be able to help you.

Company has removed poor management I delt with in 2020 and 2022. They have made a real effort to adjust issue and right there wrong. I feel comfortable removing feedback as company today doesn't reflect past values. They have grown and improved.
In what ways can they improve?
New management and middle management who value people and there companies reputation. Keep there word and try to do what is right by the customer. I am happy with their growth and changes.

Never give up and keep pushing.
