We needed AppVerticals to design a website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I initially told AppVerticals my requirements, telling them specifics of how I wanted the site to be developed. From there, we worked on developing the website. They also helped with some of our design needs. They designed our logo and added some photos to our website. They also took care of the site’s content.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Jane (Project Director) and Ryan (Social Media Marketing Specialist).
How did you come to work with AppVerticals LLC?
I found AppVerticals through Google.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our project lasted from July 2021–March 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
AppVerticals did a fair job of building the website. Being a new business owner, I wasn’t so focused on statistics. I haven’t also received any comments from end users because I haven’t fully launched the website yet.
How did AppVerticals LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
They did a fair job in terms of project management. I felt like the project took a little longer than expected, but I wasn’t even sure how long it should take to develop a website considering my demands and the changes I had them do. To communicate, we used phone and Zoom calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m not sure. This was my first time building a website, so I couldn’t compare their work to other providers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their communication could’ve been a bit better. However, everything ended up quite good.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Stay on top of everything and make sure that the website’s stages are developed in a timely manner. Understand that they can be busy since they have other clients, but stay on top of them since you’re also paying for their services.
