We met virtually twice a week and kept constant communication via Slack. All steps, milestones, questions handled timely and professionally. Prototype was delivered slightly earlier than expected. Next steps will be the MVP and completely plan to utilize LightITGlobal for that effort as well.

Light IT Global’s engineers enhanced our existing development team and supported us during the development of a cutting-edge data intelligence platform for an EU-based retail company, which we were implementing from scratch. They were particularly helpful in such areas of back-end and AI development as the solution’s architecture, AI transparency and explainability mechanisms, as well as multilayered semantic search. 

Combined Query Logic implementation allowed the system to produce meaningful, relevant, and reliable insights, which are crucial for the retail industry.

Besides the work on assigned tasks, the developers were also providing consulting regarding the next steps in the development that were planned once the agreed scope was delivered.

We required a well-rounded Agile team skilled in web development for outstaffing purposes. The goal was to provide the existing team with more human resources to complete the development process in time without compromising the quality of the application.   Light IT Global not only provided the required amount of top tech specialists but also supported those areas of implementation (both frontend and backend development) that needed assistance. As the work on the web app had to be finished before a specific deadline, they made sure to incorporate techniques and approaches that made the development process quicker and more efficient. The final product is dynamic, scalable, meets all cybersecurity requirements, and is easy to use.

A fully functioning web application that is ready for the market launch. The development process that otherwise would have taken over a year to complete lasted 6 months, which allowed the business to focus on strategic goals and further scaling.

They delivered the pre-discussed amount of work according to the stated estimations, and did their best to accommodate additional requests as they appeared.

Communication, project management, clean code, documentation, and capabilities in Java frameworks and deep experience in DevOps.

Working with this company has been a disappointing experience. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for them, starting from the CEO down to the management team. Instead of focusing on long-term partnerships, they adopt a rigid, transactional approach that leaves clients feeling undervalued.

The company also demonstrates a limited understanding of global business practices and cultural sensitivity, which makes collaboration with international clients particularly challenging. Professionalism at the leadership level is lacking, and it reflects negatively on the entire organization.

Their pricing structure is another primary concern. Costs have risen significantly, and their services are not affordable for startups or businesses operating with limited budgets. When I attempted to sign a maintenance contract, the proposed fees were unreasonably high and unjustifiable.

Additionally, the availability and reliability of their resources are poor. Front-end developers are frequently overbooked, DevOps support is inconsistent, and overall staffing capacity appears to be stretched across too many projects simultaneously.

In short, this company is not customer-centric, inflexible in negotiations, and fails to deliver the level of professionalism and support that global clients expect.

They created a custom ML-based system for seamless conversation analysis (giving proper answers to questions provided by a human sales rep) and modified ML libraries like ChatterBot for each new bot to reproduce a unique conversation/scenario. They also made it possible for the users to create an unlimited number of training bots and ensured each training call is recorded for review and future reference.

Overall I was highly impressed by the level of communication, clarity on explanations and ability to meet the expectations for our needs in terms of features. We had a clear project goal and scope definition which was met as expected. 

Light IT's effectiveness of risk identification by the number of potential risks identified and the development of corresponding mitigation strategies were also eye-opening for us in terms of us being exposed to new things that we didn't even consider in the first place.

In 2019, we presented the MVP of our product, and in 2020, we fully launched the platform. As we started to accumulate a customer base, it became clear that our product required some major revamping. We presented the new and improved platform in 2022, and we invited Light IT Global to work on it.

The big challenge was to make our platform flexible and customizable. Also, to create a single knowledgebase of all available training materials in the company and integrate it with existing HR tools and other systems. Now the system can be integrated with many third-party tools and platforms to provide a complete experience for all participants in the learning process.

We finally got a fully functioning product offering a "price/quality" ratio that is perfect for the audience and that is ready to compete in a modern LMS solutions market. This allowed us to further invest in the growth of our product.

In other words, there were no "surprises" in the work; we received the pre-discussed amount of work on time, and the cooperation process was transparent at all times.

They met the deadlines they announced at the evaluation stage. Sometimes our predictions did not coincide with their assessment after the estimate, but in the end, we found a common ground and agreed with their planning. They not only accepted our requests but actively warned us about the problems and risks they saw on their side.

Our requests were fully formed, but the Light IT Global’s team gave us advice from their experience, and several times it was really helpful and saved us from unnecessary problems.

I was pleasantly surprised that they don't do the job without understanding it. From the client's point of view, it would be great to get everything done faster and cheaper. From a pragmatic point of view, we got the result we wanted, within the timeframe we expected and for the money we agreed upon, so if there are any difficulties, we are not the people who faced them
