When it comes to bugs and crashes, as soon as they're communicated to me by a friend, family, or user, I share it with KnubiSoft, and their project manager responds straightaway via Slack. As soon as I communicate an issue to KnubiSoft, the problem is solved within four hours at the most. The maximum is 24 hours. Additionally, be honest in terms of what you want versus what you expect. As soon as there is an issue, talk to KnubiSoft straight away because they will solve it immediately. Be straightforward with them from day one and they will be straightforward with you. They have very strong core values and are efficient.

KnubiSoft is exceptionally good at their job, and they have a great coding process. This tool allows them to manage any regression testing in a highly efficient manner. It also significantly reduces the QA tasks by automating the process and its logical flow. To manage the project, we use Jira. We also have standard weekly scrum calls to review our progress and everything else. At the end of the month, KnubiSoft usually creates a video showing me what they’ve done. Their resources also have daily standup meetings to discuss their projects. I’ve watched them do that, and it’s truly impressive. They’re efficient, and they work hard.

Early on in the process there was a failure in communication/time/budget management that put the project at risk of being behind pace and over budget. Clockwork took accountability both in work and cost, course-corrected, and even with the misstep, we always felt we were being taken care of and communicated with at a very high level. The team was flexible and prepared, especially as the project required bringing in more and more stakeholders on our end to onboard and administer a complex system to a complex team of wildly varying abilities/acumen.
