I presented the app concept to Newwave, and we collaborated to create the visuals. The app was originally only going to be a storybook concept, but when character creation, design, and 2D and 3D animation were worked on, it became more of a game concept. With the assistance of the Newwave team, I created three game episodes that revolve around three of my recipes. We then spent a great deal of time developing and revising the dialogue. After that, we created music and voice-overs for the app. 

Additionally, Newwave has been very beneficial in the app's debut and promotion. They made the promotional material and uploaded it to the App Store. Additionally, they have assisted me with SEO, helping me to create keywords and terms to improve the rating of the app. To aid in its promotion, they have also forwarded it to news organizations.

I can report that the software has received a lot of positive feedback. The product has greatly impressed people. Charter and private schools, where I've had the opportunity to showcase the app as a teaching and enriching tool, have given me particularly excellent comments.

Additionally, the team has assisted us in reworking our code and message. They also assist us with UI/UX design, project management, and all other aspects of developing mobile apps.

We've noticed a discernible rise in our user base since partnering with Newwave Solutions. In addition to app users, we also have volunteers who help other users via voice, video, and text chat. Our volunteer base has grown by 80%, and the number of app users has increased by 60%. 

Additionally, the time it takes to link a user to a volunteer via text, voice, or video has been shortened by the Newwave Solutions teams. Additionally, privacy, security, and usability have increased. According to our most recent program review, all users (100%) feel that the app respects their privacy and makes them feel protected.
