Ateam Software Solutions was tasked with developing a comprehensive web application, referred to here as "the Project." Their responsibility encompassed both backend and frontend development, along with setting up the hosting infrastructure.

Technology Used: The backend of the Project was developed using Laravel. This choice was instrumental in ensuring a solid and secure foundation for the application.

The project with Ateam Software Solutions yielded a fully operational platform that significantly enhances our operational capabilities and service offerings. This achievement is underscored by several key deliverables and milestones:

Development of a Clickable Prototype:

The project began with the creation of a detailed, clickable prototype in Figma. This prototype was crucial for visualizing the user interface and experience, which ensured that all stakeholders had a clear understanding of the expected functionalities before the development phase commenced.

Onsite Collaboration:

I spent over two months in India working directly with the Ateam Software Solutions team. This intensive collaboration period helped align our goals, streamline the communication process, and facilitated a deep understanding of the project requirements and nuances, ensuring that the development aligned perfectly with our strategic objectives.

Comprehensive Web Application:

Following the prototype phase, the team successfully coded the web application, which consists of several key components:

The platform was launched successfully, although a bit later then planned, and was also designed with scalability in mind. This allows for future expansions and upgrades without significant overhauls, ensuring long-term sustainability and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Given the comprehensive nature of the platform, particular attention was paid to ensuring that all components are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards, protecting both user data and corporate integrity.

Initially i worked with them in the office so we had very direct communication and personally i found it easier to work face-to-face and make design changes right away. After the prototype phase i left India and they continued the coding. Communication mostly went through Skype chat and calls. It worked out fine. Respons has always been fast. The project delivery has been a few months later then planned but i do have to say we have build a very large application with lots of functionalities and therefore lots of coding.

I would appreciate more comprehensive application documentation to enhance effective issue resolution. Additionally, more accurate delivery estimates would be beneficial.

I really enjoyed the process put in place: you explain your project, they explain it back to you to make sure it is fully understood and then they create a story board with all details. that makes work much easier

I was impressed by the level of work done, if there was something to improve, that would be having constructive feedback from the developers. Theyhave a better knowledgethan the client on their field soshould say when we are asking for something odd. But this is really a minor issue
