We talked to many agencies. Scalo's technical competance, as well as the time they took to truely understand of our needs, the current team and our values, made them stand out.

Scalo provided 6 developers. We integrated them fully into our team and they worked alongside our own developers.

We built up the team gradually. We provided details of our requirements to our account manager. He sourced and interviewed people before putting them forwards to us. We then did futher interviews. Over time, and with feedback, the match of candidates that Scalo put forwards increased.
