5.0 Sep 26, 2018Usually, if somebody needs same-day service, our receptionists can make sure that happens. It might be late in the day, but we can arrange to get somebody there. If a customer calls and needs same-day service and gets an answering machine instead, they’re going to call somebody else. Direct Answer’s presence now makes sure that doesn’t happen. Their receptionists are always polite and efficient with their time. They have made my life much easier.
