I run the startup aimed at providing simple and creative design solutions
For what projects/services did your company hire Ukrany?
Since we're a young team, our main problem was to find a cheap design team qualified enough toperform client’s tasks. We don’t rent any office for now, so a remote team was the perfect solutionfor us.
What were your goals for this project?

How did you select Ukrany?
I was searching through the Internet seeking cheap stuff resources and came to their advertisement
Describe the project in detail.
We officially started our cooperation in March 2020. Since then they have provided Marketingly with4 designers and know they are officially covering all the staff costs. After the end of the 6-monthperiod, we will have the right to solicitate them and know we are thinking about engaging one UXdesigner into our team.
What was the team composition?
Firstly, I spoke with their COO – Ann. She gathered our requirements and prepared all thenecessary documentation. As far as I understood, a girl named Tanya was in charge of the recruitingprocess. Also, there were finance managers, who advised us on tax issues and CEO Oleh, withwhom we made all formal arrangements. So, I think all team is about 7 people.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Actually, before our cooperation with Ukrany we had only 2 designers in our team. Now our teamconsists of 3 internal and 4 remote designers. This allows us to take much bigger projects, such asmarketing campaigns for the Malovieski art festival.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had some doubts whether we would be able to control our remote team, but Ukrany advised usto use a suitable CRM system. In our daily life we used Notion and Trello as task management tools,also allowing us to track the effectiveness of the designers and Google Doc, Drive and Gmail.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We liked the fact that they took all the responsibility for candidates they provided. So, we had nothing to payfor 2 candidates that we rejected.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think no. For now, nothing comes into my mind. We were totally satisfied with our cooperation. I think the most important thing while cooperating with Ukrany, I think is to be totally honest withthem. By doing that you can have the best services

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CPO of a tech startup.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ukrany?
We needed help finding developers and 3D artists.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They found developers and artists for us. We were specifically looking for Unity developers. They find specific candidates for us and set up the recruitment process with interviews and scheduling. They help us out with the contract and from that point on, they provide payroll services to pay the developers once we have a signed agreement.
What is the team composition?
In total, I believe we have worked with 9–10 people. I’ve been interfacing with two people who have been running the show.
How did you come to work with Ukrany?
They messaged one of my colleagues on LinkedIn a long time ago before Ukrany was even started. I eventually met up with Oleh (CEO) when he founded his company and we stayed in touch.
What is the status of this engagement?
I believe we started our engagement around October 2018, and we are still working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their services have been good. We’re happy with the team they’ve put together.
How did Ukrany perform from a project management standpoint?
We mostly use Slack, Telegram, and email. The team integrates with our Slack channel, as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like their transparency; everything is very straightforward and nothing is hidden. I get the service and there are no loopholes or backdoors.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. They could always be bigger and have a larger network of potential candidates so recruiting would go faster, but that is really hard to demand from a start-up because they have to grow.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Partake in the recruiting process. That isn’t related to Oleh, it is just the nature of the people you are working with to really spend time with the developers and artists you hire. That goes across all the people you want to hire for your team.
