Zrafted was responsible to get new hosting server and transfer the website to new hosting. Then they had to build up a new website with google maps integration and to let my clients pay directl on the website through credit or debit cards. All of this was successfully added. Moreover, I wanted an individual page for each property on the website, regular blogs on the website related to Toronto and nearby attractions, for which we have hired them on monthly basis. 

The website turned out to be great, I have started getting better response from my customers, increased queries and leads for rentals. I'd love to let them do all my website and digital marketing related work anytime.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think that will be the number of pages and number of posts that were added on the website. All of them were added as instructed and agreed upon.

Everything was delivered on time. All the demands were taken care of and they were very fast in communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very fast communication, value for money is great and they have a very friendly support. You can ask a million questions and they will answer.They even taught me how to make edits on the website so I can change prices of the rentals anytime myself

I don't think so I have anything in mind related to that

I'm the owner of AGPJ Group LLC We are a company which helps our clients to manage and build their wealth in timely manner.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZRAFTED?

Our company is always in need of new qualifying leads. I hired Zrafted to find more leads for me and compile them into an excel sheet so we can reach out to more and more people and score more clients.

How did you select ZRAFTED and what were the deciding factors?

I have heard about Zrafted from someone in my circle and he recommended me about them. Hence I am fully satisfied after using them for my work.

The team at ZRAFTED was responsible to short list people from Linkedin and gather their contact details in an excel sheet. Then they had to contact them through email or Linkedin inmail message and shortlist them for a short call with me (Dexter). This is how I was able to get multiple new potential clients.

How many resources from the ZRAFTED team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 people worked for the task. One is the CEO himself who was supervising everything and one of the member from his lead generation team.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to convert 9 clients so far from the leads generated by ZRAFTED and their team. All these clients were more than happy to convert and looks like they know how to find the exact type of leads you are looking for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were always available over WhatsApp. I did not have to wait at all for any replies. There were no delays or irresponsibility by any of their team member. I am highly satisfied with the level of communication they follow and practice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's level of communication and the way they were always ready to cooperate with you were impressive. You will never find them feeling reluctant regarding any changes or alterations in the scope of work and always happy to discuss if there are any changes made and how will it effect the financials of the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement but I can't think of anything that can be improved at ZRAFTED.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZRAFTED, and what were your goals?

Our website was redesigned and built by Zrafted. Their team is fully professional and helped us out with every aspect of the website in order to optimize it for the best user experience. I am fully satisfied with the level of service they provide and everything was done according to the timeline committed at start. No hassles at all.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for them through linkedin and found them to be capable of doing this after a video meeting on zoom.

It all started with an introductory call with our CEO. After a brief explanation of their services and portfolio, we decided to give them a try. Website was built on wordpress as decided mutually.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were in constant contact with 2 people, one the CEO and other was the CSR head. I am not sure on how many people worked on the website. But it was all done as instructed and on time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have had positive reviews and feedback from our clients after the new website went live in terms of user experience and site experience.

Communication was all done through WhatsApp or linked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their response time was really impressive. We did not even have to wait for a day for a response for any query or as such. They were extremely cooperative and guided us with everything that we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The minor bugs on the website were fixed within few days and we even had a full support for a whole month without any extra cost.
