Generally, once I send something to her, I find that she’s very proactive and reactive. When she was here, it was easy to work with her because we had in-person meetings. I also love her communication. I was a little disappointed because Mansi closed down the old website before she had the new website ready. The two websites should have been up simultaneously. Right now, we don’t have a functional website, which is quite dangerous. However, we have resolved it now and she is more proactive in terms of getting the website out. Moving forward, she also needs to come up with suggestions like she used to do before. She should research other websites that are in the medical spa space and bring them to the discussion. She used to do this, and I admired this about her.
