We referred to dNovo Group by our friend who used their services previously. We checked them online and figured out that they are ranked pretty high on Google.

Our site traffic is gradually growing, we get more leads and most of our clients told us that they found out about us online.

They managed our project in a very professional style, always met the deadlines and responded to our questions. We have a regular meeting with their Marketing Consultant once in months who brings all the updates regarding our progress.

I would be happy if they could surprise me with more creative ideas.

We needed help with online marketing to get more exposure online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We own a couple of other businesses as well and we’ve done online marketing with those so I was familiar with SEO and other tactics. We were opening a new division and domain and they helped us. They provided a turn-key solution for us so I could email them with page or product update requests or new target keywords and they executed.

In terms of tangible techniques, they manage our Google Ads, web development, SEO, and to a certain extent, marketing that isn’t online.

From a high-level standpoint on strategy, I worked with the owner, Shamil. We meet once a month. Otherwise, they had dedicated teams with an overall manager, Sadaf. She handles anything related to the frontend of the website.

My freelance web developer was outsourcing a lot of things to dNOVO, as they used to work for dNOVO. When they left, they introduced me to dNOVO.

We spend around $50,000 per year with them.

They’ve done a pretty good job in a short time. It gets difficult to do social media marketing and paid ads as a business owner but they handled everything with their turn-key solution. They’ve been great for our lead generation and website rankings.

How did dNOVO GROUP perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not your typical business owner. We used to do all this in-house and I would lead it, so I’m more technical than the normal owner. I’m very much involved in the management side and they do well. We come up with a plan and execute it.

We don’t use any special tools or platforms. Either we meet in-person or communicate over our group chat, looping in the appropriate resources whenever we need them. I haven’t had any issues with project management. They take care of whatever the goals or milestones are.

From a planning standpoint, we sit down with whoever we need and lay out everything that needs to get done. They’re pretty fast with a lot of things, including content creations and implementing minor updates to the site.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been involved in online marketing for ten years and I’ve seen a lot of companies who claim to understand Google Ads but most of them are average, and you can’t be average if you’re trying to keep up with the thousands of changes being made on a yearly basis. dNOVO group is pretty sharp and will get you up there in rankings.

No, I can’t think of anything.

Stuff like this takes time. Your patience will pay off.

Traffic increased by almost 50%, we could also meet higher targets that we thought were not possible. Over all we can see an huge difference by having them onboard

Their client managers were assisting us almost with all the basics until we were confident on our own. They keep a close eye on our product and guide us with our future strategies.

I was impressed by the clarity of their strategy and knowledge of the market they have, it’s certainly a relieve when you are developing this type of strategies

dNOVO GROUP’s efforts led to a significant increase in phone inquiries. While it’s difficult to quantitatively attribute results to their work, we believe that the adjustments they made to our website led to the boost we’ve seen in email requests. Our site is now easier to navigate and loads faster than it did before.

They leveraged an internal project management tool well. We communicated on Slack and via email, and they were very responsive.

I’ve dealt with other providers who make empty promises. Their services were not the cheapest, but they deliver quality results that are ultimately worth it.

No, not really. I’ve been pretty happy with the experience I’ve had. If I had any concerns, I’d voice them, and they’d be quickly addressed.

Have a precise game plan of what you want from them. Online marketing is very broad, so you can quickly spend a lot of money. The best tactics vary greatly, depending on your margins and industry, so figure out what makes the most sense for you to go after.
