Traffic increased by almost 50%, we could also meet higher targets that we thought were not possible. Over all we can see an huge difference by having them onboard

Their client managers were assisting us almost with all the basics until we were confident on our own. They keep a close eye on our product and guide us with our future strategies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

dNOVO GROUP’s efforts led to a significant increase in phone inquiries. While it’s difficult to quantitatively attribute results to their work, we believe that the adjustments they made to our website led to the boost we’ve seen in email requests. Our site is now easier to navigate and loads faster than it did before.

How did dNOVO GROUP perform from a project management standpoint?

They leveraged an internal project management tool well. We communicated on Slack and via email, and they were very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve dealt with other providers who make empty promises. Their services were not the cheapest, but they deliver quality results that are ultimately worth it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. I’ve been pretty happy with the experience I’ve had. If I had any concerns, I’d voice them, and they’d be quickly addressed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a precise game plan of what you want from them. Online marketing is very broad, so you can quickly spend a lot of money. The best tactics vary greatly, depending on your margins and industry, so figure out what makes the most sense for you to go after.

If you know what you are doing, then you know that SEO is inherently a long-term investment and although our work with DNOVO is still very much a work in progress, we have already seen measurable signs of progress.  For us, the real success so far has been seeing consistent forward movement rather than stagnant “maintenance mode.”

First, I chose DNOVO after not only working with several other SEO agencies over the years, but owning an ecommerce website for a few years and having an SEO expert on salary in-house and working with him day to day. 
So I would say that I have a bit more understanding than most lawyers - and I can confidently say that most agencies I know and have seen take a “set it and forget it” approach—plugging clients into a standardized system, sending BS generic reports, and provide little real strategy that is tailored to your website's needs, or take accountability. 
What was most impressive about DNOVO is the willingness to be hands-on yet not over-promise, tailor their approach with what we needed, focus on change and growth and not plow us with meaningless backlinks and BS reports, and communicate extremely effectively and quickly.

dNovo Group developed and managed a multi channel digital marketing strategy focused on improving qualified lead acquisition for our engineering and industrial technology services. The engagement included: SEO optimization for core service pages, technical SEO improvements, keyword targeting strategy, Google Ads campaign management, landing page recommendations, local SEO work and ongoing content optimization. Their team also introduced AI Search Optimization recommendations designed to improve how our company appears across AI generated search responses and recommendation style search experiences. They continuously monitored campaign performance, adjusted targeting, refined ad copy and optimized conversion paths to improve lead quality rather than simply increasing traffic volume.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first several months organic traffic increased by approximately 48%, while qualified inbound leads grew by around 41%. We also saw a 27% decrease in cost per click across several Google Ads campaigns after restructuring targeting and keyword strategy. A number of our core commercial keywords moved onto the first page of Google search results, including several highly competitive industry specific terms. Local visibility improved significantly as well, leading to more direct inquiries from companies in our target regions. One of the more interesting outcomes was improved visibility in AI generated search experiences. We began noticing our company appearing more consistently in AI assisted search summaries and recommendation based search results related to our services.
