After that, they helped restructure parts of our content strategy around higher-intent topics and evergreen search traffic. They also updated several paid campaigns and fixed tracking issues that had been giving us unreliable reporting data. A big part of the engagement became improving how our content appears in newer AI-generated search experiences and recommendation-based search results, especially for informational searches tied to our niche.

dNovo took over both our Google Ads account and SEO efforts after we stopped working with another agency. They cleaned up a lot of campaign issues first: keyword targeting, location settings, ad structure, conversion tracking, things like that. After that, they worked on improving our local rankings, updating service pages, and helping us build better landing pages for paid traffic. One thing I liked is that they didn’t immediately try to push more ad spend. They focused first on fixing what wasn’t working. Over time, they also started helping us optimize content for newer AI-based search experiences, which honestly wasn’t something we had even considered before.

After about 3-4 months, we started seeing a noticeable increase in consultation requests coming through the website and phone calls from Google search. Our cost per lead dropped by around 31%, while booked consultations increased roughly 36% compared to the period before dNovo took over. Organic traffic also improved by a little over 40%, mostly from local searches tied to our core treatments. We also saw stronger Google Maps visibility, which made a big difference for local patient inquiries. Probably the biggest improvement was lead quality. We were getting fewer irrelevant inquiries and more actual patients ready to book consultations.
