Marloo Creative Studio interviewed us on our company's brief and goals before doing in-depth market research. They then provided us with a few logo samples, one of which we loved. Based on our selected design, they refined the sample and provided a final version. Following the branding phase, they provided us with an agenda for our web development project, delivering the site on time and within budget. They continue to provide us with consultations on social media management and online advertising.

Before working with Marloo Creative Studio, we didn’t have a digital footprint. Setting up our site allowed customers to find us on Google, and, as a result, our sales went up. We’re super happy with our decision to work with them.

They also implemented SEO campaigns, after collaborating with us to determine the most valuable keywords to target. The team also maintains our Google AdWords account, continuously suggesting ways for us to improve. Also, they help with our blogs. We describe the idea, and they finalize each topic then draft the content. To supplement these efforts, they’ve linked our Instagram and Facebook accounts to our larger digital marketing campaign.

Marloo Creative Studio took over web development to optimize the WordPress site and get the shop up and running. They now provide hosting, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting. The previous company couldn’t get our shop to work using different currencies for our international business, so we transferred to Marloo Creative Studio, and they had it functional within a few days. They backed the site up and added new plugins to increase security. Whenever we run into a technical problem, they’re in charge of fixing it.

Within a week, we went from a 90% functional website and non-functional shop to everything working well. Marloo Creative Studio fixed what the other firm couldn’t. The sales through our website increased by about 300%, and the site started handling orders that were previously placed over the phone and email. This freed up our team and decreased our accounting and banking tasks, which is exactly what we hoped the site would do.

We used to receive many unrelated inquiries which were a waste of time and resources. Since we launched the new site Marloo Creative Studio delivered, we’ve started receiving more relevant communication based on our products. What challenge were you trying to address with Marloo Creative?

Our biggest challenge is attracting new students, so we needed a partner that could help us with branding and advertising. I had used free marketing platforms in the past, but this was our first time working with an agency.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marloo produced very effective marketing videos for Facebook and YouTube advertising. We’re a Persian company, and there's a large Persian community in Toronto, so we plan to broadcast our videos to local TV stations, which will be a powerful way of helping us find new students and make our name better known.

We’re only running online marketing at the moment, and Marloo has handled everything on this end. Furthermore, they developed our new website and transferred the content from the old one. The site can handle more traffic and features several links to our student portal, subscription form, and other items. After a new student signs up, the system will automatically set up an appointment with our staff.

Additionally, they’ve worked on our SEO, getting the company name on the first pages of Google searches.
