      Thinkbound Inc. has been great at responding to each edit. It’s more of a web application than a website, and there’s been a lot of back-and-forth. The communication has been great. I can rely on them to get back to me within 24 hours. Alexander even emails on weekends. We use email and Zoom. Additionally, when I send Thinkbound Inc. a list of notes, they get back to me within 24–48 hours, either with questions or saying they've already started implementing the changes I asked for.
