Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Chief Revenue Officer for an Atlanta-Based Managed Services provider for IT, leading sales and marketing efforts since June 2021.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SearchKings, and what were your goals?

We use Searchkings for Google & Bing Ad Management, Campaign Design & Campaign creation. Our goals were to increase Annual Recurring Revenue to ensure we cover Ad spend at a minimum, which is no small feat. As you may know, Google & Bing Ads are quite expensive.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've worked with Searchkings in the past with remarkable results for a software company that I owned - Northcraft Analytics. They delivered excellent results for me at Northcraft as well.

Key deliverables - Remarketing Campaign Copy, Geotargeting, Phraseology, Scheduling, and ongoing management & refinement.

4 - Inside Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Account Management (for ongoing ad management)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Landed 12 new clients in the first 6 months for an additional $240,000 in annual recurring revenue, including our largest client ever.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They're highly organized & standardized. The last time I had used them, it was because of a particularly talented ex-Google employee that really impressed me. When I came back to them, he had been promoted, but the new team was every bit as effective, if not more so. It seems that they have operationalized their best practices. We have regular account meetings monthly. I always get same day response, even when my account manager is on vacation, because you can always go to the operations team for immediate ad fixes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Customer service, pricing & competency. They've done it all before so many times that you feel very comfortable right from the beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that comes to mind is price, but it would likely ruin the quality of their service, so no.
