I’m a communications coordinator at the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance. We’re a volunteer network focused on enhancing cardiovascular healthcare for women throughout their lives.

What challenge were you trying to address with Azuro Digital?

We needed help cleaning up and streamlining our old websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Azuro Digital has helped us merge our old information into a beautiful, easy-to-navigate new website. The team has listed all our old pages, forms, and URLs and designed a new wireframe based on our suggestions. Azuro Digital has also been responsible for tweaking workflows, suggesting new forms, and helping with SEO, analytics, searchability, and training. The team has done website development on WordPress and content migration.

We found Azuro Digital through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they were extremely helpful.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2025. Our project has ended, and now we have help from them based on what is needed at the time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Azuro Digital, we’ve seen an increase in customer visits, form completions, and calendar event submissions. We’ve also received positive feedback from users and stakeholders about the new website’s usability and effectiveness; they love the look and ease of navigation.

How did Azuro Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Azuro Digital has been super responsive. If they don’t have an answer, they look for one and help us find solutions to problems in a timely manner. The team is extremely professional and operates in a timely fashion. We communicate via virtual meetings and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Azuro Digital goes above and beyond our expectations and suggests solutions we haven’t even thought of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The French translation app we’re using works for now, but we might need to explore other options for a French side in the future. This isn’t Azuro Digital’s fault; it just fell out of the project’s scope.

We wanted to make the website more modern, it was very out of date. As well we needed to condense our services into digestable content easy for website visitors to understand what Maverin offers.

They exceeded the timeline expectations by almost a month. They responded to all of our needs within 12 hours via email and as far as mutal timelines they always finished their tasks ahead of schedule.

• Contact forms for prospective customers and employees
• Site is optimized and loads quickly

Azuro always delivered very quickly.  They were also extremely patient with us as it took us a long time give them the feedback and pictures they needed to complete the site.

When we did give them direction, Azuro always got back to us quickly.
