We gave Tennis the goal of increasing engagement with our branded merchandise customers and positioning our brand as forward-thinking. We measured success quantitatively by the number of quotes produced from the online tool they created and from the qualitative feedback we got from participants at our events.

We noticed a lot of anecdotal engagement and feedback from clients praising Tennis' events and efforts. The clients thought the experiences were cool, novel, interesting, and engaging, which provided a favorable response to our brand efforts.

We partnered with Tennis to design and develop a fully customized, gamified cybersecurity awareness training platform tailored to modern enterprise needs. The platform was built to transform traditional training into an engaging, interactive experience—leveraging real-world threat intelligence, modular content, and advanced gamification to drive meaningful behavior change across organizations.

1. Discovery & Planning
We conducted collaborative discovery sessions to define user personas, training objectives, and success metrics. Together, we outlined the platform’s architecture, gamification mechanics, and content roadmap, ensuring alignment with our brand and cybersecurity strategy.

2. UX/UI Design
Tennis designed a clean, responsive interface optimized for both desktop and mobile. The user experience incorporated points, badges, levels, and role-based learning paths to enhance engagement across a diverse user base—from frontline employees to executive leadership.

3. Platform Development
We built the platform from the ground up using a modular, scalable architecture. Dave: We needed experts for our website redesign project.

Dave: Tennis handled the full redesign and rebuild of our website, including UX design, development, and content integration. What is the status of this engagement?

Dave: The project officially began with the agreement dated December 13, 2023. The launch took place on June 2, 2025, and we’re still working out a few kinks and providing backend training to the in-house staff.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dave: We set out to build a better, smarter website — one that reflected our national role and made it easier for members to find what they need. Tennis delivered on that. We’ve got a clean, modern design, a CMS we can manage ourselves, and a structure that supports all our programs and campaigns in one place.

We’ve been delighted with the new site, and the feedback has backed that up. Internally, the team loves how much easier it is to make updates without needing to call for help every time. From members and partners, we’ve heard the site feels cleaner, more modern, and way easier to navigate. It finally reflects the scope of what we do, and it’s made a real difference in how people interact with our programs and resources.

Dave: Tennis was solid on project management from start to finish. They kept things on track, communicated clearly, and adapted quickly when we needed to shift priorities or clarify direction. Expectations were well-managed, and the whole process felt organized and collaborative. It was clear they had experience with complex builds like ours, and they delivered exactly what we needed. We primarily communicated via email and Zoom meetings.
