A big difference between their team and some of the other companies we’ve worked with was that they were willing to spend time hearing what we wanted and getting to know us as a family business. Because of that investment, their ideas for the creative material they presented to us were always incredibly aligned with what we thought was important. Every once in awhile, timelines would have to be changed, but they were very flexible with meeting our needs whenever there were changes that we wanted to make to a part of the project.
