BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Head of Business at a Software Development firm based out of India and USA. We develop mobile applications, websites and webapps.

For what projects/services did your company hire SnapPea ?

We had a client who needed both design and development. While we only serve the development needs, we took help from SnapPea for the UI/UX design part of the product.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our client was based out of Canada so we were looking for Local Design agencies in Canada itself. SnapPea and the team had relevant experience in the industry of our solution with efficient costing. The team was great at cooperation and all communications were smooth and effective. Hence we decided to work with SnapPea.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, we shared some relevant information such as a reference to what was expected by the client. A detailed list of features and flow diagrams were prepared by SnapPea in order to make sure that the design is aligned with the vision. The journey was distinguished and smooth where the design was completed in milestones and delivery of each milestone was done at the right time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a total of 3 members from the team: 1 Business Head, 1 Project Manager, 1 Designer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designs were made with a clear understanding of the target market which made them very effective when it was developed. Each functionality was covered without missing anything out, helping the developers build the right product for our client with the right work flow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow had been great. Both the teams had dedicated Project Managers taking care of communication through Whatsapp, Skype, Virtual meetings and Emails. No hinderances were experienced with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best part about SnapPea is the vision they follow while designing the user experience. In our line of solutions, the target markets are different and every target market has their own targeted clientele.

For e.g Greece has a majority population of aged people and the User Experience was designed with Haptics and other Wow effects in order to make it user friendly for the aged people of Greece.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

IT industry is an industry where scope of improvement is unlimited. Therefore till now, the journey with SnapPea had been amazing and maybe further down the line we can suggest some improvements. For now, AWESOME.
