I am the owner of Tough Kitten Crafts, a company that offers online education for sewing enthusiasts looking to learn machine embroidery.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ashbi Creative Studio, and what were your goals?

I hired Ashbi for a full rebrand and website. I wanted a website and brand that was bright, youthful and fun and reflected my laid back personality. They hit every mark and exceeded every expectation.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Bianca on Instagram through hashtags and was instantly in love with her style.

We started with discovery questionnaires to help me get my thoughts and ideas out on paper. I was also I trusted to start a Pinterest board as an easy means to convert the styles, colors, fonts and more that I was drawn to. Then we held discovery calls so we could dive deeper what I had provided so far that way Bianca could best understand me and my company.

From we held a few follow up zoom calls to go over progress and Bianca was great with checking on me every step of the way. I got my social media templates, then a little later my full brand assets. From there I started to work with Cameron on my website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website traffic has gone up and I am constantly getting complimented on what a cut brand I have now. People have been raving about how easy the new site is to use.

Bianca and Cameron are both great with project management and used Notion to keep me updated on where we were in the project.

Their talent level is second to none.

Nope. Our project went a little long but that was because they had even more work to do than originally thought. They put so much into my brand.

As a tech Newby myself, it would be helpful to go through some tech terms before the meetings so that I (the client) can be up to speed with the professionals But with the expertise and knowledge we were able to get things done effectively so I'm happy about that nonetheless.

Ashby design did a complete website overhaul, and a completely new change that everybody absolutely loves. It became extremely user friendly for the customer as well as us on the sales team

We want to build a user-friendly fun website that prompted people to come spend the day at the beach and use our water park, they had to be visually stimulating as well as easy to navigate for all ages

We worked with Cam who was our lead on this and he has been amazing in all of our issues questions and concerns. He displayed incredible patience with our request and steered us in the best direction possible.

I am the CEO of Keepers Commercial Cleaning and we have been in using for 14 years. We provide services for commercial buildings from offices to schools, churches and manufacturing facilities.

Our website was created over 15 years ago and had become quite outdated. We were in the process of rebranding and we need a new site to go along with our new name. Flip Source helped us achieve everything we wanted in the new website from functionality to design.

We searched for various different vendors in our area and shortlisted 3 of them. After interviewing each vendor we ultimately went with Flip Source based off of their experience, communication and estimated cost.

We had a meeting to discuss our goals and what we needed the site to be able to do. They got right to work and we had a staging site where we could make necessary changes before going live. We utilized WordPress to build our site.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the project. There was a graphic designer behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we launched our website we saw an increase in traffic of 80% and we began getting more and more leads each month. Our clients loved the new, simple design and found it easy to understand what services we offer.

We had daily communication with Flip Source in order to ensure the best productivity for the project. We used Zoom calls and emails to communicate our ideas and what we needed done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that was easy to update. Even after the site was completed we had a few more changes based on feedback from industry leaders. Flip Source was quick to make those changes and even trained our in-house marketing assistant on how to make future changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched we thought we liked the look of the icons on the website but after seeing other websites we realized we wanted a more simplistic look. Flip Source was quick to change the icons to match our brand.

Imported all the keys for email integration. We created a color scheme that was consistent with my logo and over-design. We migrated the website over to their server for better maintenance. Keeps updates regularly for my website and provides great responsive support.
