It wasn't a success, they failed to deliver the work required in the allotted time frame.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arc & Co. Design Collective could have done differently?

I am extremely disappointed with this company, I would give a 0 star if I could. They promised us that our structural packaging would be done by June 2023, it's June 2024 and they still haven't finished the project and I have to pull teeth to get an answer.

The box concept they showed us was very intricate, and given their expertise I believed they have the capacity to finish it within the timeframe they gave.

I had scheduled many meetings with buyers believing I'd have the box ready, and they kept saying we're almost there. I've attached screenshots in June 2023 stating that I have a meeting with buyers and need the box, to which they said they're almost done. It's June 2024, and they just only provided the files but didn't provide us with any samples of the box to ensure it works or the graphics.

They were supposed to do graphics for the box, and given that it's been a year since we started the project. I told them I no longer needed that and that I would like a refund. They instead told me that they don't do refunds and can only offer a credit.

I supported this company, and even paid them earlier than I was supposed too! Which is a mistake I'll never make again. The last payment was to be made when they completed the project, however, they told me it would be a big favor to pay them the last percentage early so that they close their books before year-end as this project would drag into 2024. You would think a company in which you did that for would have the common courtesy to offer a refund for work still not completed as opposed to forcing a credit that we can use with them?

As a small-business owner, I know how tough it is to make sure you select the right team to trust. That's the only reason I'm leaving this review is to save anyone from making the same mistake I did.

PS. If you still decide to partner with them, get the unit price per box in writing. They gave us an estimate of the cost before the project started and the price it actually was after they talked to their "suppliers" was 6x the amount they estimated.
