Visely Rebranding
Visely needed a full visual update, i.e. Rebranding & new Website since they expanded on new markets. We did Brand Positioning, Brand Book, User Experience & User Interface Design, as well as developed it. And we succeeded in creating an absolutely updated product.

EU-Moldova: Stronger Together
We have designed a visual that could be developed into a full-fledged visual identity to illustrate the communication approach of the EU in Moldova. This included graphic design, creating the logo, making proposals for the application of the logo on a series of promotional and running items, and providing the technical means to make the application possible.
In the shortest possible time, thanks to hard work and remarkable team efforts involving us and the project's team, an extensive array of visual elements for branding was developed, approved, and produced.
We are very pleased to be part of the success of a campaign that contributes to the development of Moldovan country and, in particular, of the young generation, to whom it is dedicated. ❤️

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a CEO at Terramika jewelry. We are ceramic jewelry manufacturers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Ego?
We were rebranding our previous jewelry brand and hired Vadim to help us create a logo for the new brand.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I know his clients personally and I was inspired by the work that Vadim made for them, so I knew he was a great fit for our project since the very beginning.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
First, Vadim offered us 7 different concepts of the logotype. It was hard to choose because every variant was made according to what we asked for. Second, we started to modify and finalize the logotype. It was made with a special brush that was later digitalized and became a logotype. A the final stage, we have received the logo-book.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we worked in 3 people, me my partner and Vadim. Vadim was designing and doing the research about branding. Me and my partner were sharing company resources that would have helped Vadim to finalize the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have received the best result! The logotype turned out just as we wanted and even better.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was easy to communicate with Vadim during the project. We had planned meetings and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive was their ability to hear and understand what the client really wanted and to communicate this trait through their work effectively.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Things could always be done faster, but the quality goes at the first place.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm CMO of nemo.ai the team behind Visely. Visely is a Personalization & Search Service for E-Commerce platforms.
For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Ego, and what were your goals?
Our business has achieved a level at which our brand image, messaging and value communication resulting from that image has become inadequate for our needs. We've hired Digital Ego to help us transition our brand image to a more professional and coherent entity.
How did you select this vendor?
We've reached out to our network for referrals. After analyzing reviews, ratings, examples of previous work and after having conversations with candidates, we've selected Digital Ego as their overall value proposition was optimal for our needs on this endeavor.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
Digital Ego and project key stakeholders have had extensive discovery sessions to understand our business, value proposition, market position and operational excellence. Once the general direction has been firmly established and Digital Ego had a deep understanding of our brand and values additional more focused sessions have been held, and with stakeholders participation along the entire project, Digital Ego created an entire brand package for us. This included a new logo, brand book, style guides, and marketing materials. Their team also has completely rebuilt our website according to the new brand proposition.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've worked with two members of the Digital Ego, their principal UX designer and their web developer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the result of Digital Ego work on the Visely branding project we as a business have coalesced our business values, vision, market position and value offer into a unique, cohesive, flexible and resilient brand image. Customers and partners perceive our new logo and branding materials positively, so we're happy with the final outcome of Digital Ego efforts.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had regular meetings with Digital Ego to go over progress and the next steps. Digital Ego was diligent in the process of demoing progress, at every step of the project. Additionally, we communicated over designated real-time chat platforms regularly for the quick turnaround on various queries. Expected timelines were generally met by Digital Ego.
They assumed the role of a trusted advisor and were happy to guide us through the process to achieve the best result together and not just blindly follow the requirements set forth by our stakeholders. While this meant that the timelines of the project have somewhat slipped, the end result has greatly benefitted from a slight delay.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Digital Ego creativity is truly impressive, they were able to give us fully thought and coherent design options throughout the entire project. Additionally the attention to detail our project received from Digital Ego was second to none. It's clear that Digital Ego team consists of real craftsmen.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Whilst our team has appreciated the dedication and attention to detail we've received from Digital Ego and were more than happy to extend our initial timelines, other customers moght not be so inclined.

Branding & Logo for Political & Economic Union
"They performed incredibly in a short period of time."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the team leader of COMMWITHUS.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Ego One?
We have an EU funded project for strategic communication and support to mass media in the Republic of Moldova, which is made up of multiple components. For the first part, we needed to create a visual that would symbolize the key narrative message of the EU’s communication to Moldova.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digital Ego One designed a visual that could be developed into a full-fledged visual identity for the communication to illustrate the communication approach of the EU in Moldova. This included graphic design, creating the logo, making proposals for the application of the logo on a series of promotional and running items, and providing the technical means to make the application possible.
They provided the layouts and files for the application of the logo on a number of branding and promotional materials, including a minibus.
How did you come to work with Digital Ego One?
We published an open call for companies to provide design services for the visuals of the campaign. We had a panel for the evaluation of the proposals, which included experts from our team. A number of companies responded, but we ultimately decided to go with Digital Ego One because they best illustrated the key narrative that we were looking for.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about €20,000–€30,000 (approximately $21,800–$32,800 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January–September 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their timeliness allowed for success after the approval from the EU. Since the EU delegation took some time, we were left with just a few days after the approval to produce additional materials that were added to the initial list. We were successful in just three days from approval. We had the complete set of layouts for all the branding and promotional items done, approved, and produced in time.
How did Digital Ego One perform from a project management standpoint?
I only have excellent things to say about the way they managed this task. It was an incredible performance in a very short time. They dedicated themselves completely to this project not only when they prepared the proposal, but also during the crucial period when everything was done, plus minor adjustments requested by the client. Throughout this process, their attention to detail, responsiveness, and flexibility was at the highest possible standard.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Though it was a complex task, Digital Ego One prepared a complete graphic proposal for branding a minibus and received the approval of the delegation in only half a day. It took them a quarter of the day to prepare everything for proper production, which was amazing. We ended up spending three nights online communicating, exchanging opinions, and making adjustments. I remember working through the night with them––it was outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Any future client should be as clear and specific as possible from the beginning. Their team is creative, highly intelligent, and are quick to understand.
Digital Ego delivered a logo design that drew positive feedback from the client. Communication with the team was easy; they conducted regular meetings and phone calls, leading to smooth coordination. Digital Ego was a reliable design partner who knew how to listen.
