      What was most unexpected and impressive though, turned out to be the openness to pitch in with innovative creative ideas based on what they learned during research and discovery about Doberman's personality and aspirations. An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards TV - tube TV square pixels.

      We had a dedicated project manager throughout, and regular meetings to discuss progress. They usually delivered on time, or were clear when more time was needed and why, and so were we. We felt that we had clear and honest communication so that we could adjust expectations when necessary. When we had questions, ImageX was responsive. There were times that we needed to change scope, and ImageX was flexible to apply and adjust resources to help us meet our needs. Their development team worked hard to integrate development with our local ITS-supported platform requirements and the integrations that we needed.

      ImageX is a good communicator and stays within the project's timelines and budget. We've experienced a bottleneck once, but we're quite flexible with our schedule. The team does their best to deliver the project on time and generally always does that. We use Basecamp for project management and communication.

      ImageX was able to complete the project within the time and budget agreed on. There were delays caused by MCC due to the large scope of the project and internal complexities. ImageX was flexible in working with us to adjust our timelines. ImageX's project management has been top notch. They have done an excellent job of collaborating and communicating with us throughout their work with us. There were some delays in our original projects but these were due to internal MCC issues and not because of ImageX. ImageX was excellent at working with us and adapting to our needs.

      It didn’t go exactly the way we thought from the very start. As you get into this, you find that something’s changed with the industry or the market, or our personal capacities regarding what we could build and what we couldn’t. The thing about Intersog that I appreciate is that they’ve been very flexible about saying, “Okay. Let’s figure out another way to get this done.” I can’t tell you that everything works perfectly because we haven’t launched yet. We haven’t tested, and we’ll have to have consumer feedback. But, so far, they are 100% a good contractor. They’re almost more a partner. They’re not technically a partner, but I sure view them that way, and I like them.
