We worked with them to translate our thoughts into the mock-up, and we went through a couple of rounds of feedback to revise them until we were happy. They were super amenable to the entire process, and the team came up with quality work. Initially, there was a bit of uncertainty about the tracking of time and scope with some of the backend functionality. However, we delivered that feedback two weeks into it, and they corrected the course very quickly, which was quite positive.
