With all their communication on one central platform, we were able to track, measure, and monitor progress, or I could easily pick up the phone and have a call with the CEO. Any request I had was fulfilled, and then some. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted from a design perspective, but they took some of my ideas and WOW, they delivered.

I’ve worked with other companies who want me to tell them what I want, and they give me a price based on that. I don’t have time to research everything. What I would rather tell them is what my goals and budget are and have them come up with a solution that will bring in more patients within a couple of months.

Cheeky Monkey Media is great at meeting deadlines. We didn’t provide them with a set budget because we didn’t know how far we would take this project. Still, we did provide them with a deadline. Halfway through the project, we felt we were falling behind, so they brought more developers on board so that we could meet the deadline. Cheeky Monkey Media is also very responsive. Whenever I send them messages or emails, they respond faster than any other providers, which is fantastic. If they can’t answer immediately, they let us know that they’re working on it and will keep us updated.

Adwin is very accommodating. I mostly communicate with him through email or text. I can email him late on a Sunday night—not expecting a response until the morning—and he’ll reply if he's awake. 90% of the time he answers even late at night. That kind of service is really over the top. Other times we'll make an appointment for him to come to the store or me to go to his office.
