We were looking to bolster our lead generation efforts and get more customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arroz Digital Ltd provided us with SEO, PPC, and CRM development to help our business gain more online visibility, and what they essentially did was publish ads and created a new CRM system where we can track their performance and results — including how many proposals have been sent out, how many have been signed, and how many connections we have.

I mainly worked with Ali (Business Development Executive).

I came across their company from a mutual contact, but they were the ones who actually reached out to us for a pitch.

I believe we spent a total of $17,000.

We worked together from April–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project ran smoothly thanks to the team’s proactive approach and responsiveness to the clients. Apart from that, the ads they published gave us a good ROI, as we received $20,000–$25,000 from the ads they published.

How did Arrox Digital Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked well from a project management perspective and we typically communicated through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their strategic and out-of-the-box mindset.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would’ve been better if they followed through with some aspects of the project but other than that, we were highly satisfied with their timeliness.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have a good team with a strategic approach and I would be willing to work with them again in the future so if you’re looking to work with them, I would advise that you do so right away.
