The ultimate goal of the project was to update our website's design into something more visually appealing, user-friendly, and that better represented our business and brand.

Key deliverables were

• Content migration from old site
• Updated visual design
• Functioning booking forms
• Galleries for each of our event spaces
• Intuitive and intentional design for ease of use

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Users are reporting an easier time navigating the site, time on site is up 8% so far, and form submissions are up 12%.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Studiothink team were incredibly attentive, responsive, and consistently adapted to changing deadlines. Any feedback or questions we had were quickly addressed, and we've felt very well taken care of post-launch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One thing that stood out to me is that I always felt that they were talking "with us", and not "at us." It's a subtle thing, but it can make a huge impact. They were incredibly professional, but it was very clear that this was a partnership, with mutual respect and collaboration, and not something that they were running and we were along for the ride.

It was like working with friends, very talented friends. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studiothink could have done differently?

I can't think of any ways in which Studiothink could have improved upon what they did for us. We had a variety of changes come though, and some significant speedbumps show up (our end, not theirs), but they handled all of them incredibly well and stayed on track and on time.
