Ron was very detailed in his communication with me. I always knew what was next and what information he required from me. He is very responsive to my questions. He also asks many great questions of me, which has resulted in a better website and improve SEO. I'm a bit of a data geek and Ron was happy to accommodate my requests for extra site traffic reports.

The detail in which he new his work. He spent a lot of time researching my industry and new some things about it that I did not. I have use another web developer before and they did not come close to the knowledge of web dev and digital marketing that Ron has.

All goals and deliverable were delivered. Weekly/Monthly task lists were created regularly and completed.

Whenever I raised a concern or had a question, Ron promptly organized virtual meetings to address them. These meetings were not only efficient but also involved a thorough assessment of the problem at hand. I greatly appreciated their ability to quickly identify what was needed to resolve the issues. One aspect that particularly stood out was Ron's commitment to promptly answering my queries.

 They were always prepared to discuss and provide solutions, ensuring that no time was wasted. During our engagement, I found myself in a busy and demanding phase, where my availability was limited. I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable patience and understanding displayed throughout this period. Even better was their proactive approach in assisting my team. 

They went above and beyond by encouraging us to set goals and establish timelines, which proved instrumental in keeping our project on track. Their guidance and support in this regard ensured that we remained focused, motivated, and consistently made progress towards our objectives.

I’ve been an artist for a the past ten years but never showcased my art in an organized and accessible way. I decided to have a website built so people can see my art and potentially purchase existing pieces or commission an original.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for someone to bring my vision to life, and to visually organize all my pieces in a way that makes sense to online users.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Reviewed the overall ideas for what I’m looking for. Ron the. Walked me through some ideas and different possibilities for that the website could look like. He then put together a rough version of the site. I gave feedback on what I liked and what worked. The other items were either changed or removed. After several iterations, the final site and format was completed.

I only worked with Ron (Owner & Developer).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site was regularly worked on and was up and running in a short time from the start of the project. The site gets a number of hits and it has received great feedback on user features as well as the aesthetics of the site.

Extremely effective. Both concerns and ideas were listened to and taken into consideration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ron always listened to what I had to say, and I was impressed by his in-depth knowledge of the project. It was clear that he is experienced In his field.

None that I can think of.

We didn't have any online presence so we needed some help with creating a couple of websites and some good advice about how to improve our reach

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The level of engagement from the owner of this company was unparalleled and the pricing was competitive. It was a white glove service all around from sales to execution.

We had an initial conversation about what the company can do for us. Then we had another call where the team asked us a lot of questions to figure out our needs and requirements. We proceeded to a strategy call that included a well-laid-out proposal. Once we gave the green light they went to production.

During the production, we had a few opportunities to provide feedback about the work. Really there was not much to correct. The website exceeded our expectations. Once the site was ready we launched. a couple of small hiccups with the previous server, but the team in Vivid responded really fast and help us solve it - even when it wasn't they're a problem to solve.

We worked with their owner and with his main programmer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is too early to say. But I am happy with the work and with the fact that it is customizable and when I needed to update stuff it was really fast.

We had more updates than we expected. Work was delivered on time and when there were delays (small) I was notified on time

The personal touch and the wealth of knowledge and experience from the owner and the programmer

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Working with Vivid Strategy for the past year has been an absolute pleasure. Their customer service is top-notch, and their attention to detail is second to none. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our project runs smoothly and meets all of our expectations. I could not imagine finding a better service provider or level of dedication!
