The team is always available and super responsive. They work quickly and respond and adjust to any requests I have, no matter how big or small. Now that we’ve been working together for awhile, they’re even quicker. They anticipate our needs and are able to fit into the style and outputs we want. ThompsonStenning really has become an extension of our own team. We primarily use email to communicate and DropBox for sharing files, which is my preference. I’m sure they’re very adaptable to lots of different communication styles, but this is what works for us.

They seemed like really good guys, and we felt they had an instinct for fresh ideas and vibrant design. The speciality coffee industry can be rife with copy and paste design tropes, and pretentious language - they were able to zero in on a whole concept that avoided these pitfalls.
