Yes, Graphically was fantastic in all areas. The communications (particularly with Gaby) were great. The online portal to make requests was simple and user friendly. The designers were very responsive to requests and very patient.

I would say the ease of use, the value, and the friendliness. Everyone at Graphically.io is pleasant, easy to work with, and wants to do a good job. Communications were smooth, cordial, and very professional. The portal interface also made things very simple. Once you figure out the process, it is very easy to make requests. Graphically also provided a very good value for the money. We received unlimited graphic design services for a very affordable rate.

No, they were wonderful and I highly recommend them.

The most impressive thing about Graphically is their unbeatable price-to-value equation. 

As a small Indian business, we need quality and quantity at speed without stretching our budget. 

Graphically consistently delivers on all three fronts: high-quality output, quick turnaround, and affordability. In today’s fast-paced world, that combination is rare and incredibly valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Graphically.io could have done differently?

While Graphically has been a great partner overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. 

First, the user interface could be more streamlined. There are a couple of unnecessary steps in the job creation process that could be simplified.

Second, billing could be more consistent and timely. Although their team is very responsive and quick to resolve issues, having a smoother billing system would enhance the overall experience.

Lastly, more flexibility around job volume would be helpful - for example, the ability to easily top up and add an extra job in a given month would make the service even more small-business friendly.

Took a chance on Graphically after having tried multiple other design subscription services. While I've been with them the the last 2 weeks I can undoubtedly say that I get the most from my investment with them. I think the offer stack is also unmatched for the price so I look forward to trying their other services out soon.

The portal is not as robust as other services I have worked with, but I've quickly gotten used to it. Would be cool to see an all-in-one 'bespoke' project management system with expected delivery times visible. (eg; ETA 12 hrs)

We have clients that run vineyards in Northern BC - they host events, have merchendise, etc. Since we've managed their IT and web design stuff for a long time - they asked if we could help them with on-going graphic design for things like t-shirts/hats/sweaters, pamphlets and banners for off-line mailing to their lists and online promotion to their social media groups, etc. Which is what we've been doing for them with the help of Graphically.

The measurable outcomes aren't really relevant in this case since the wineries don't keep us up to date on their customer lists - but they've been happy with the quality of the graphic design that we've been offering them, and whenever they needed any adjustments for a pamphlet/whatever - Graphically account manager was quick to help us revise the graphics overnight.

They delivered the projects on time virtually every single time - and their responses are short and professional. They listen to our requirements, and listen to any modifications we need for any graphics made - and do them.

We've always dealt with short-contract graphic designers, so we've never seen a graphics design company that offered a flat monthly rate to be available on-call for graphic design whenever we needed it. We're happy with the product they deliver at the price they charge.

We are just starting out with them, but we feel the designs that were delivered are really good, and they have made our website a lot better. As of now, we have a few t-shirts done for our team, which came out really well. 
We have also received the illustrated mascots, which have helped us engage with our customers. The video editing has certainly made us look more professional—we are hoping to gain more engagement and views in the coming months.

It is pretty good. They have their own dashboard where I can log my orders/design tasks, and a manager is assigned to me. I usually log in my orders in the dashboard and get the designs delivered in the next 24 hours. Yes, they have always sent the orders on time, and there has never been a delay. 

I can track the order status in the dashboard and send them a message via email or the dashboard. They have a neat workflow that works well for us.

The manager always gets back to me if she needs any additional details regarding my orders and I was also able to make multiple revisions for free (which is great - cause most of the designers we hired before Graphially used to charge for revisions)
