He keeps us on track in terms of timelines and weekly meetings, checks in about the project, and gives and gathers updates. The communication is superb. I’ve worked with other vendors before, and it didn’t go as well as it did with Kanopi Studios. They were even gracious enough to attend our faculty meetings and hear the feedback directly.
