The principles of the organization are relatively flat. WillowTree's VP of development came over and talked about their processes. They do a really great job of managing their tasks. Even before they start working on a ticket, they’ll meet with us to make sure that they understand what’s going on and what’s expected of them. The team walks us through the requirements and works to figure out how the roll-out process. Their qualified developers then take care of the problem in the development stage. From there, they do an internal QA, and the project manager reviews the ticket before sending it to our team to verify.
