We had a couple of revisions, and Hooman Studio delivered our project. They also provided brand management services. Hooman Studio used Figma and their custom-made platform. For development, they used WordPress.

We worked together from October 2022 to July 2023. If we need anything, Hooman Studio takes care of it from time to time.

Hoooman Studios was responsible for the full-scope development and launch preparation of Ample, handling app development, web development, branding, and marketing strategy.

For app development, their work included defining the typeface and color scheme, creating a high-fidelity prototype with a strong focus on UI/UX, building a comprehensive design system, and developing both the front-end and back-end of the application. They also implemented advanced features such as service search and filtering.

In terms of web development, they conducted user research, produced wireframes and UI/UX designs, and developed a functional prototype. They followed this with a complete development process that included the creation of custom admin panels, thorough testing, and deployment.

On the marketing side, Hoooman Studios provided analysis and strategic planning, developed our online presence, launched targeted Meta and Google ads campaigns, and handled continuous optimization to ensure visibility and performance across platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the most tangible indicators of success was the development of the website, which exceeded my expectations both visually and functionally. Our creative alignment allowed for seamless collaboration—every idea I brought to the table was not only well-received but thoughtfully enhanced by the team. The final product was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from everyone who visited the site, which affirmed the quality and effectiveness of the design.

While the application and marketing efforts are still in progress, I’m confident they will be equally successful. Working with Hoooman Studios has felt like passing a ball back and forth in perfect rhythm—they consistently understand, expand on, and improve my ideas, offering valuable insight and perspective every step of the way. This synergy has been a strong measure of progress and sets the foundation for impactful results as we move forward.

Hoooman Studios has demonstrated excellent project management throughout our collaboration. They follow a structured and organized process, maintaining consistent weekly progress through mandatory weekly meetings for each project. This system ensures that nothing falls behind and that we are always aligned on goals and deliverables.

Communication has been one of their strongest suits. From the beginning, Hoooman maintained regular contact through email, and as our working relationship grew, we transitioned to more convenient channels like WhatsApp and phone calls. This flexibility has made it incredibly easy to reach them at any time. They’ve always been open, responsive, and available to address every single one of my needs, no matter how small or complex.

Given the dynamic and evolving nature of this project—where ideas were continuously added, refined, and sometimes restructured—maintaining a strict schedule was understandably challenging. However, they adapted well by providing time ranges and consistently updating me on timelines. Even with the fluid scope, they ensured weekly progress and transparent reporting, which kept the project moving forward efficiently and collaboratively.

What impressed me most about Hoooman Studios was how naturally their creativity and taste aligned with mine—it felt like we were always on the same wavelength. Their creativity stood out, but what truly set them apart was their confidence and commitment to excellence. They weren’t afraid to invest time in building something, only to tear it down and rebuild it even better if that meant a stronger outcome.

They've approached every idea with an open mind, constantly looking for ways to optimize and elevate our vision while keeping their work clean, simple, and high-quality. Working with them felt less like hiring a team and more like watching passionate creators who had their own skin in the game—while I stood at the sidelines, trusting every move they made.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hooman Studio could have done differently?

One area that I believe could further enhance Hoooman Studio’s already high-quality service is the addition of a live milestone tracker. Having access to a platform or dashboard that clearly shows which milestones have been completed, what tasks are currently in progress, and any new tasks being added would provide even more transparency—especially when stakeholders regularly request general updates.

That said, I’m aware that Hoooman is already working on implementing this feature through their new website, which looks great. The dashboard they are developing to track progress and milestones will be a valuable tool that elevates their service to an even higher standard.

Everyone was lovely to work with, and once the projects were completed I was satisfied. I did feel that the communication could have been better at times, especially close and on launch date. I would have wanted a more clear timeline for how long to expect a task to take.

I loved the creativity brought into the mix. Hooman designs really took the time to brainstorm unique ways to bring a vision to life, to elevate what I brought to the table.

Overall, I'm happy with the experience of working with Hoooman Studio! Like I mentioned, the only thing that comes to mind would be a more structured way to communicate a timeline for different tasks.
