Invinity launched as a new company and brand in 2020 as the result of a merger between two companies. We used Graph'Em as a turnkey service provider to spin up our new website hosting, and to design and build the site. Their services included some elements of graphic design and development of custom feastures of the site like our interactive locations map.
We have continued to use Graph'Em as a provider for website updates and monitoring.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched the company and website in 2020.  The site remains a backbone of our commercial strategy.

Graphem as been an indispensable partner in our work to support our business clients across North America with web development and design. Graphem has built at least 20 websites for my company. Always easy to work with and they turn out beautiful work that needs very little adjustment or fix up. Further, they are creative and help plan the best approach to certain client needs and wants. Great team.

Website builds that were approved first time through during multiple projects. Always working smoothly and quickly. If there was ever a question or concern they were quick to make sure it was sorted out and taken care of.

Never over project deadlines. If anything, my team or my clients held them up on finishing a website ahead of target.

I am the community development and communications coordinator for a community cultural non-profit organization promoting the French language and culture in the BC Interior. I took over this position partway through the project. It is this position which oversees the project.

We launched a community engagement project. Graphem worked with us to create a digital version of this project in website form.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was suggested to us because their team includes French-speaking members. This was essential in the scope of our project.

Using a Wordpress format, we recreated book of community-cultivated stories into a digital format. It includes two submission forms, one in French and one in English for the public to submit their stories to the project online.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two French-speaking developers: Kalonzo and Guillaume were our principal points of contact. They also worked with other members within the Graphem team to complete the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is too soon to tell. Our project will continue until the end of the fiscal year.

As we were working at a distance, we primarily communicated by email with telephone and Zoom calls as needed. Any questions were answered within 24 hours, often within the same day. They were very efficient is using communication tools for this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to work together in French was a unique aspect. There are certainly few web developers in our province who are capable of working bilingually. If any other French-speaking members of our community should have web design needs, I would absolutely recommend working with this team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In a tongue in cheek way, they could be in the same city as us... Nothing comes to mind for this.

Our Heroku database was out of date and the developer who had set it up initially was not available to help.

The team at Graphem Solutions Inc impressed me with their responsiveness, clarity, and accountability. I was introduced to them via someone I had worked with and admittedly, was nervous about trusting a new vendor with our core database. But they were extremely professional in every aspect of our communications and that gave me a lot of trust.
